You retain all rights and responsibilities on the content. CROCE & Associés SA does not claim any rights to the content that you share via the platform and you are solely responsible for it.

 

By using the platform, you guarantee that you have all the necessary permissions (including those of the copyright holders and other intellectual property rights) to transfer any content online.

 

The nature of the Internet makes it impossible to guarantee the security of data exchange. Consequently, CROCE & Associés SA declines all responsibility for the use of the platform, and will not be held liable for breaches of client confidentiality in the event of malicious action by third parties or transmission errors. Never share sensitive information such as passwords or bank details through the platform. In this regard, a secured document sharing platform is at your disposal upon request.

The law firm does not guarantee that the use of the platform is available uninterruptedly, securedly or error-free. The use of it is at your own risk. Within the limits of the law, you acknowledge and accept that CROCE & Associés SA is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to you, to your computer or to your mobile device, or to a third party, resulting from the use of the platform, including any unavailability of the service or deletion of your content.
